Wells Fargo Social Media Community Guidelines

Welcome! We’re glad you want to join the conversation to share your experiences, suggest improvements, and connect. We ask that you please keep the following guidelines in mind when engaging with us through any of our active social media platforms:

Maintain private or confidential information. Please do not provide any of your specific account details or other personal information. For service related questions or concerns please call 1-800-869-3557, visit a store, or find us on Twitter @Ask_WellsFargo.

Stay on topic. Only post comments that reflect the topic of the post or the purpose of the page. Comments focused on selling a product or service, or posted just to drive traffic to a particular website for personal, political, or monetary gain will be taken down.

Be respectful. If you disagree with the content, we’d like to hear from you, but abusive, unproductive, offensive, or unlawful comments or rants—as well as blasts—will be taken down.

Comments on threatened or actual litigation. Please do not comment on threatened or actual litigation, or disputes, between you and any other person or entity. If you have concerns about an issue and would like to provide feedback, or would like follow-up from us, email us.

Wells Fargo Team Members.  Please disclose your employment with Wells Fargo as we want to make sure the community is aware of any biases you may have. We welcome team member engagement but do not endorse those that aren’t from authorized representatives of the bank (e.g. the author of the content).

Copyright Infringement If you believe in good faith that Wells Fargo social content infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send Wells Fargo a notice requesting us to remove the material or block access to it. Details on notices and counter-notices are available here and on the Copyright Office site at http://www.copyright.gov.
