I mostly write about my family and lessons I learn. Today I am writing about small business. I love small businesses. When small businesses succeed, wonderful things happen in our local economy – businesses expand, equipment and real estate are purchased, and, my personal favorite, jobs are created.
Recently Lidia Korinko, owner of Art 2 Ink and a Wells Fargo small business customer, shared how she has grown her business from a home-based graphic arts company to a full-service graphics and printing company.
She credits the bankers at our Glendora banking store for helping her make the leap to a commercial location. “Wells Fargo helps you think of the possibilities,” she shared.
What makes her most proud? The jobs she’s created since starting her business ten years ago. Art 2 Ink has grown to six employees, and Lidia’s eager to hire a seventh.
“Owning this business has changed my life, and I’ve enjoyed watching it improve the lives of my employees,” she said. “Art 2 Ink employees have purchased cars, first homes, and provided for their families. It’s inspiring.”
I would love to hear other small business stories. And if Wells Fargo can help, let me know. You can also check out Wells Fargo’s dedicated site to small business where you can find all sorts of tools and resources to help your business. Whether you are starting out, ramping up like Lidia, or a well-established business, we are here to help.
